Aseana Porperties Limited is opening the world's largest Aloft hotel at its Kuala Lumpur Sentral development in Malaysia.
Under the Aloft brand, the hotel is managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts. It is located next to KL Sentral Station, Malaysia's largest transport hub, and is near many corporate offices and the Nu Sentral shopping center, according to a release from Aseana, a developer investing in both Malaysia and Vietnam.
"Aseana Properties Limited is thrilled to showcase another iconic hotel...Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral will complement the City's hospitality industry with its dynamic blend of decor, music, design and technology," Aseana Properties Limited chairman Dato' Mohammed Azlan Hashim said in the release.
The hotel offers 482 rooms, bars, restaurants, banquet rooms and a rooftop pool, which at 30 stories is the highest among the Aloft brand. It is built near major tourist attractions such as the National Museum, Bird Park and Lake Gardens, the release states.
