(Guiyang, China) -- Marriott International recently announced the opening of the 340-room Renaissance Guiyang Hotel in China. The hotel is located in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, an emerging city for business and leisure activities in southwest China, and represents the 15th Renaissance property to open in the country.
Overall, there are more than 150 Renaissance hotels in 35 countries worldwide.

Located in Jinyang New District of Guiyang, the Renaissance Guiyang Hotel is situated 15 minutes away from the city center which houses the local government administration office, the Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Centre, International Financial Centre, the Banking Regulatory Commission of Guizhou, Guanshan Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone are also situated in this district. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport and railway station of Guiyang.
Renaissance Guiyang Hotel offers six dining and entertainment options that offer guests a variety of choices including local and international cuisine. New Dynasty is a classic Cantonese restaurant with 10 private dining rooms, while Bai Wei is a casual Chinese restaurant featuring renowned Sichuan and local dishes.
All 340 guest rooms, inclusive of 19 spacious suites, are equipped with wireless and high-speed internet access , iPod docking stations, flat screen TVs, state-of-the-art technology and a full array of amenities.
Additional amenities at the hotel include 1,230 square meters of banquet space, state-of-the-art business center, indoor pool and a 24-hour Fitness Center. Wireless Internet connectivity is available in all public areas of the hotel.
