The California equestrian ranch owned by daytime talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and partner Portia De Rossi sold this week for $10.85 million, which is $2.145 million under the couple's asking price and just shy of the original listing price of $10.995 million.
The couple first listed the ranch known as Hidden Valley Farm in June before increasing the price by $2 million a month later.
The 26-acre property is located in Thousand Oaks and features eight bedrooms, 10.5 baths, four fireplaces, hardwood-floors, an art barn and yoga pavilion. The property includes eight private cottages, a stable with six double stalls, grass and sand turnouts, dressage area and judging stand, tennis court and a windmill, according to the listing.
The couple is familiar with the real estate game. They made their latest move in August when they sold their Beverly Hills condo for $843,900. In May they purchased a $26.5 million mansion in Montecito, according to Redfin.
