Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank is offering her ocean-view house in Pacific Palisades for over nine million dollars, baby.
The actress tried to sell the swanky home with the same $9.45 million price tag last fall but took it off the market after a buyer backed out and the listing expired.
Ms. Swank purchased the 6,722-square-foot Mediterranean mini-mansion in 2007 for $5.8 million, according to the Real Estalker.
The six-bedroom, 6.5-bath house has views of the Pacific Ocean from every view, and a step-down living room with French doors opening to an outside terrace, according to the listing.
With designs by Marc Appleton, it includes a dining room seating for 20 or more, a home theater, a cigar room/wine cellar and a master bath with Jerusalem limestone counter tops. Outside, Ms. Swank enjoyed a poolside pavilion, built-in barbecue, fire pit and organic vegetable gardens.
Ms. Swank won Academy Awards for her starring-role performance in "Million Dollar Baby" and "Boys Don't Cry."
Pacific Palisades, the L.A. suburb, has always been popular with celebrities, but there appears to be a movement away from the neighborhood. Other celebrities who recently listed their Palisades homes include Tom Hanks and Larry David.
