Kanye Gets No Love for Hollywood Hills Home

Kanye West continues to struggle to sell his 4,200-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills.

Kim Kardashian's main squeeze originally listed the home for $3.995 million in 2010. But now he has humbly dropped the price to $3.3 million, Zillow reports.

Kanye apparently hasn't lived in the home for several years, so maybe it is low on his priority list, with a baby on the way with Ms. Kardashian. But the house also has its quirks. It's not huge by rap mogul standards, with only three bedrooms and four baths. And Italian designer Claudio Silvestrin created many "inventive finishes" for the home, which is described as "sophisticated minimalism."

"West's unusual taste shows throughout the home, with whimsical cartoon prints and accents," Zillow reports. "Sitting on a lot with views from every room, the property is private, gated and has "room for a pool."

Kanye reportedly paid $1.3 million for the property in 2003, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Ms. Kardashian has also been busy in the real estate market, the Times reports. She recently sold her two-story Tuscan-style home in Beverly Crest, the paper says. There was no sales price released, but she bought the house a scant two years ago for $3.5 million.
