Actor Kelsey Grammer has sold his Beverly Hills mansion for $6.7 million.
The Emmy-winning sitcom actor known for his work on "Frasier" and "Cheers" bought the Spanish-style mansion with wife Kayte Walsh a year ago for $6.5 million, RealEstalker reports.
The 6,100-square-foot, Ralph Flewelling-designed mansion was built in 1926 and features a "dramatic two-story entry [that] blends a perfectly proportioned galleria and step down living room," according to the listing. The two-level house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a separate guest house and a large pool.
Mr. Grammer has been busy in the real estate market lately. He has reportedly unloaded property he owned with ex-wife Camille Grammer, according to E! Online.
Most recently, Mr. Grammer starred in and was the executive producer of the Starz series "Boss."
