Hotel heiress Nicky Hilton has sold her Hollywood Hills house for $2.625 million, less than what she paid for the house six years ago.
The 29-year-old socialite and sister to Paris Hilton originally listed the 4,072-square-foot house in July 2012 with a price tag of $2.95 million. She dropped the price earlier this year after failing to find a buyer, according to the Daily Mail.
The granddaughter of Hilton Hotels founder Conrad Hilton, Ms. Hilton purchased the 1940s four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property located in the Sunset Strip of West Hollywood in 2007 for $2.8 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The home's master suite has two bathrooms with all rooms opening "onto an enchanting tree-shaded backyard with multi-level Mexican tiled terracing, a lagoon-style swimming pool, spa, waterfall and outdoor fireplace, according to the Daily Mail.
The property listed by Hilton & Hyland also features a den, home gym, sauna and gourmet kitchen with four ovens which probably didn't see much use.
