Comedian Rosie O'Donnell is selling her duplex penthouse in Greenwich Village for $10.9 million, less than a year after purchasing and redecorating it.
The 3,200-square-foot penthouse is part of St. Vincent's Hospital that was converted into condos. After flipping the apartment, the LBGT-rights activist is looking to make a 35 percent profit.
The four-bedroom, three-bath home is an "entertainer's dream" with a 429-square-foot terrace with north and south views, according to the listing.
The apartment has a modern design by architect Cook & Fox and features a "gracious gallery" and a kitchen pantry with views of the Empire State Building. The "oversized" master suite has a windowed walk-in closet and a bath with north views.
It seems Ms. O'Donnell has been on a recent selling spree. She reportedly sold her waterfront mansion on Miami Beach's Star Island last month for $12.675 million, according to Real Estalker.
