Actor Ryan Phillippe, best known for the films Crash and The Lincoln Lawyer, has sold his Los Angeles home overlooking the Sunset Strip for $6 million, three years after he put it on the market.
Originally purchased by Phillippe in 2008, Redfin describes the 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath home as a "Zen modern retreat" and "bright and spacious." The 7,447-square-foot home includes a home theater, cook's kitchen, pool with underwater speakers, sauna, spa, and outdoor kitchen. During his stay in the L.A. home, the former Mr. Reese Witherspoon enjoyed two large master suites, one of them stretching almost 60-feet, according to Real Estalker.
The Asian-themed design also includes a library/office, a room with a built-in bar, a media/music room and guest quarters with private entrance. A double-height home gym was installed to help Mr. Phillippe keep his Hollywood physique.
Phillippe listed the home in December 2010 for $7,175,000, but dropped the price last June to $6.995 million, according to Redfin.
