With baby number two on the way, Vince Vaughn and wife Kyla Weber have purchased a home in the quiet La Cañada Flintridge neighborhood in California for $3.925 million.
Built in 2000, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom Colonial-style house is not your typical high-power Beverly Hills or Hollywood celebrity mansion. Curbed.com labels it "mundane." The house offers 5,563 square feet of living space and the estate covers three-quarters of an acre with a swimming pool and sports court, according to Curbed.
The new neighborhood may not be in the heart of Hollywood, but celebrity neighbors include Angela Bassett and the schools are top rate, the Los Angeles Times notes.
The new home is wildly different from the $16.8 million, 12,000-square-foot three-level penthouse in Chicago's Palmolive Building Mr. Vaughan had listed until recently, according to the L.A. Times.
Famous for his roles in Wedding Crashers, Anchorman, and Dodgeball, Mr. Vaughn will be starring in The Internship this summer.
