World Property Channel columnist Dottie Herman, chief executive of Prudential Douglas Elliman, appeared on Fox Business on Monday to discuss the state of real estate in the United States.
As always, Dottie nailed the key issues impacting markets around the country. "There isn't a market that has enough inventory" for sale, she told Neil Cavuto.
When Cavuto seemed skeptical that bidding wars were occurring for properties, Dottie stood her ground. "It's happening," she said.
She appeared on the program with Katrina Campins, cofounder of South Florida based Campins Company and former contestant on Donald Trump's 'The Apprentice', who discussed the strength of the Florida market.
