Rock 'n' Roller Eric Clapton, who is in his 60's, is offering his 45-acre estate on Antigua at $50,000 a week, a New York real estate source said.

The home, known as "Standfast Point," was built in 2,000 at a cost of about $14 million.

The 10,000-square-foot complex, on a hilly area of the island, looks out to the islands of Montserrat and Guadeloupe.  There are covered terraces, outdoor dining areas and two pools.  The home has vaulted wood ceilings and decks.  It sleeps up to 14 people and rents with a full staff.

The property is Clapton's winter home.

Barbara Japal, an agent with Carlbrep Villas Antigua, is working on the Antigua listing for Eric Clapton pointed out that no renters will see the music room on the property, but many of his travel mementos and items from his art collection decorate the buildings.

Clapton is signed to appear at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concert at Madison Square Garden in New York October 30th.

That evening Eric Clapton is scheduled to perform with Buddy Guy, Ozzy Osbourne, Jeff Beck, Jerry Lee Lewis, Annie Lennox and Lenny Kravitz are other guest stars signed to perform.

Clapton is not the only celebrity renting out their property.  Entertainer Steve Martin is renting out his four-bedroom villa on St. Barts for $28,000 a week through St. Bart's Properties.

Holmby Hills Celebrity Home Sells For $13.2 Million

An estate in Holmby Hills once owned by radio and TV host Art Linkletter (1950s), composer Henry Mancini (1990s) and former Hollywood Park owner Marge Everett until 2005 has sold for $13.2 million.

The 1937-vintage 12,000 square foot Georgian-style traditional home includes nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms.  The two-story has a formal entry with a sweeping spiral staircase, a 50-foot-long screening room, a paneled library with a hidden door to the wine cellar, and staff quarters.  It sits on a gated site of about three-quarters of an acre.

The site accommodates the home, a front motor court, a swimming pool, a spa and a two-bedroom guesthouse.

The 2,500-square-foot master bedroom wing contains a sitting room, his and hers bathrooms, four of the home's eight fireplaces, a sauna and a terrace overlooking the grounds and pool.

The remodeled property originally came on the market in May 2008 at $27.5 million.  It sold in 2006 for $10.25 million, according to public records.

Jeeb Naiman O'Reilly of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, and Stephen Resnick of Westside Estate Agency, Beverly Hills, had the listing.  Eric Hassan of Coldwell Banker's Beverly Hills East office represented the buyer.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen Sells Condo for Undisclosed Price

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen has reportedly gone into contract on her penthouse in New York's West Village.

It couldn't be learned who has agreed to buy.  The latest listing price of $4.5 million was less than half the original, September 2007 $10.9 million price.  The sales price is undisclosed.

Ms. Bündchen bought the 1,700-square-foot two-bedroom condominium unit in 2002 for nearly $3 million, records show.  The two-bedroom, two-bath condo has a wraparound terrace, deck with a Jacuzzi and views of the Hudson River.

Last month, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady said he and Ms. Bündchen are expecting their first child.

The Brazilian supermodel relisted the condominium in September with Raphael De Niro of Prudential Douglas Elliman.  Ms. Bündchen's nearby townhouse, also represented by De Niro, remains on the market for $13.95 million.
