Aldar Delivers Al Bandar Apartments and Commercial Space at Al Raha Beach

(ABU DHABI, UAE) -- For the past week, residents have been moving to Al Bandar, the first residential community to be delivered within Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi. Al Bandar is a prime development of Aldar Properties. Set around a world class marina, Al Bandar includes apartments and duplexes, loft residences, and big family spaces, all with balconies and water views.

Al Bandar is divided into three zones:  Al Naseem consists of three glass-sided buildings with reflective walls and translucent balconies. Al Barza features loft style studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom open plan apartments. Al Manara is a glass tower offering commanding 360-degree views.

The integrated residential community will feature 3,500 square meters of retail including a Spinney's supermarket and laundry, a pharmacy, Alpha Optical eye care, Nails Couture nail bar, Parlour X hair salon, real estate agent The Property Shop, and the boutique clinic Health Plus. The development has four swimming pools and a Clubhouse with gymnasium for Al Bandar residents which will open in early 2011. Al Bandar Marina is designed for the mainstream recreational owner and those who wish to start boating with 131 berths from 9 - 24 meters. Aldar will introduce family days and open days on the sheltered waters of Abu Dhabi's inland waterways, and marina staff will be available 24 hours a day. In time, Al Bandar Marina will open to boat owners from the wider Abu Dhabi community.
