(LONDON, UK) -- Strategic Real Estate Advisors (StratREAL) has acted as real estate investment advisor and asset manager on behalf of a private client in the acquisition of a fully leased commercial property located on a private square in Central London's West End for £7.25 million.
The building totals 13.576sqft and has been acquired as a long term investment for capital preservation. The property is let on an unbreakable 25 year lease to the UK's leading private acute hospital operator with index-linked uplifts.
