Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties PJSC announced the launch of the Al Bateen Park development in the heart of Abu Dhabi.
Located on Khaleej al Arabi Street, the development is comprised of 272 apartments and 75 villas and townhouses. All the 272 apartments, ranging between two to four bedrooms in size, have been sold. The 75 villas and townhouses, with between four and five bedrooms each, are set to be put on the market for sale at a later date.
These villas and townhouses will be fitted to high specifications and are likely to be attractive to growing families seeking a home in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The development will have an Arabesque design and include all relevant amenities including a gym and retail stores.
Aldar Properties PJSC is expected to lead the construction program generating a number of new jobs for the real estate industry. A date of August 2012 has been set as the anticipated deadline for the completion of the development and handover of keys to new owners.
