Paris and Dubai Apartments Added to Hideaways Club Portfolio

Destination club property fund The Hideaways Club has added apartments in Dubai and Paris to its City Collection portfolio, bringing the fund up to 17 properties.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom Dubai property is situated within the five-star The Address Hotel overlooking Dubai marina. Members have access to all the hotel's facilities including a swimming pool, and enjoy proximity to a huge variety of shops and restaurants.

Opening this month, the Paris apartment is on the Rue de Cerisoles, in the 8th Arrondissement. This two en-suite bedroom apartment is centrally situated between the Champs Elysees and Avenue George V and is ideal for excellent shopping, theatres, great restaurants and sites of historical interest.

Later this year further apartments will be added in Rome, Prague, Istanbul and Berlin.

All properties in The Hideaways Club's City Collection portfolio are luxuriously furnished and overseen by the company's bespoke private concierge service. The concierge will take care of all member's requests from booking apartments, arranging car hire, advising on points of interest to booking the best restaurants, arranging in-house beauty treatments, private chefs and booking golf tee off times.

There are two levels of membership of The City Collection - Premium and Associate. Premium Membership provides a full equity share in the property company for £120,000. The annual cost contribution of £5,300 provides 23 membership nights a year in any apartment in the collection.

Associate Membership provides a half-share in the property company for £65,000. The annual cost contribution of £2,760 entitles members to 12 Membership nights a year in any apartment in the collection.

Once members invest in the fund they will share in the value appreciation of the entire portfolio of properties across a wide range of markets and will automatically become members of the club itself.
