Las Colinas Golf & Country Club Opens in Spain

(ALICANTE, SPAIN) -- Troon Golf, the world's largest golf course operator, opened Las Colinas Golf & Country Club this week along Spain's Mediterranean coast.

The 18-hole championship golf course is located south of Alicante in the region of Valencia. The stunning new development sits in Dehesa de Campoamor between Alicante and Murcia, one of the most established and fastest growing regions for golf anywhere in Europe. Designed by golf course architect Cabell B. Robinson, the layout was carved out of a spectacular gorge, creating breathtaking panoramic views in every direction. With vistas of the nearby coastline framed by the surrounding nature reserve, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club represents one of Spain and Europe's most exciting new developments.
