In the fall of 2015, The Residences at W Tel Aviv - Jaffa is set to become the centerpiece of the extensive preservation and redevelopment project currently underfoot in Jaffa's ancient city, which in recent years, has flourished into Tel-Aviv's most exciting and vibrant district. The Residences at W Tel Aviv - Jaffa is conveniently located within the bustling metropolis of Tel-Aviv and in close proximity to the port's pristine beaches, fashionable boutiques, charming sidewalk cafes and stylish nightlife destinations.
 
Set within the precincts of the ancient port, The Residences at W Tel Aviv - Jaffa blends the W brand's signature New York urban cool with Jaffa's rich history. The former School of the Sisterhood of St. Joseph and 19th century French Hospital have been refurbished and designed by John Pawson together with Ramy Gill Architects and Urban Designers - who also designed the new Jaffa port.
 
Inspired by the heritage of the ancient port city, the designers seek to create a dynamic dialogue between the local culture and history and W Hotels contemporary and innovative approach. Historic features, such as the sun-bathed chapel, searing vaulted ceilings, stained-glass windows and hidden inner courtyard are juxtaposed against modern comforts and luxury amenities.

The 38 exclusive apartments will be located in the newly constructed, six-story wing of this landmark project and will feature a private entrance, allowing complete privacy for the residents. Apartments include a garden studio, two studio apartments and three penthouse apartments, ranging from 90 to 544 square meters.
 
Offset by floor to ceiling windows, The Residences at W Tel Aviv - Jaffa will offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the interlacing side streets of Jaffa's charming artists' colony. Offering stylish contemporary interiors with hand-finished hardwood floors, the design of each residence reflects a sleek sophistication, with fine furnishings and luxurious finishes throughout. These include marble stonework and Duravit fixtures in the bathrooms and stainless steel Miele appliances in the kitchens.
