Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that Cervalis, LLC has signed a long term lease with landlord FPG Norden DC, LLC (a subsidiary of Fortis Property Group, LLC) for a new 167,691-square-foot data center and disaster recovery center to be built in a new Class-A office building at 10 Norden Place, in Norwalk, CT. This is the largest lease transaction in Fairfield County to date this year and the largest build-to-suit in 12 years in Fairfield County.

Greenberg SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd., White Plains, New York in partnership with John Stoddard CCIM, Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle, Stamford, Connecticut represented Cervalis, LLC. Jodie Dostal, Senior Director, Cushman & Wakefield of CT, Inc. represented the landlord FPG Norden DC.
Since Cervalis's founding in 2000, Mr. Greenberg has represented the company in more than 470,000 SF of leases in Dutchess County, New York; Totowa, New Jersey and Stamford, Connecticut, as well as its headquarters lease in Shelton, Connecticut. Mr. Stoddard has collaborated with Mr. Greenberg on Cervalis's Stamford and Shelton transactions.
With the new Norwalk data center, Cervalis' state-of-the-art operations centers will total more than 470,000 square feet of space in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
