Exclusive New Private Golf Community Rolls Out in Puerto Rico

One of the world's most exclusive new private golf club communities, Royal Isabela, is rolling out luxurious new real estate opportunities on the northwestern edge of Puerto Rico.

Former U.S National Indoor singles and doubles tennis champion Charles Pasarell,  created the spectacular new island golf community with his brother, Stanley.

Currently, there is one type of Fairway Villa available at Royal Isabela and the footprint is approximately 3,500 square feet. According to Royal Isabella, 18 Fairway Villas are currently planned although there is room for 50 based on market demand.

Prices range from $975,000 to $1.4 million.

Overall, there are 28 home sites, four of which have been sold. Lots start at $2 million.

Royal Isabela, which curls itself along the rugged cliffs at the northwest edge of Puerto Rico, is 90 minutes from San Juan International Airport and only 20 minutes from Aguadilla International Airport.

Membership to the golf community is by invitation only. However, other may book Royal Isabela's luxury casitas, based on availability and have access to the golf course and clubhouse, the signature restaurant and other guest amenities.

Prior to focusing on Royal Isabella full-time, Pasarell managed the BNP Paribas Open pro tour tennis championship for 31 years. During his tenure with the popular tennis event in Indian Wells, Calif., Pasarell hosted the largest combined field of men and women world tour players.

He served as tournament director, owner and managing partner, overseeing everything from day-to-day operations to large-range development plans.
