(New Buffalo, MI) -- Four Winds New Buffalo, a leading casino resort in the Midwest, recently announced its new, nine-story, 250-room hotel tower will open June 29. The new hotel tower contains a mix of standard rooms and suites furnished in the same exquisite style as Four Winds New Buffalo's existing 165 rooms.

"Guests that stay in our new hotel tower will enjoy the same attention to detail and exemplary service that Four Winds properties are known for," said Matt Harkness, General Manager of Four Winds Casinos. "The addition of 250 rooms brings our total to 415, which makes it much easier for our guests to enjoy the Four Winds experience. We are also very excited about our Silver Creek Event Center, and the Hard Rock Cafe Four Winds, which will open later this summer."

The new hotel tower will open just in time for the LPGA Symetra Tour's Four Winds Invitational scheduled August 10 at the Blackthorn Golf Club in South Bend, Ind. The Symetra Tour is the official developmental tour of the LPGA.

All hotel rooms at Four Winds New Buffalo include granite counter tops, leather wrapped headboards, Serta Beds, oversized 20 pound bath sheets and robes, flat screen Sony Bravia high-definition televisions and wireless high-speed Internet access. The hotel also offers a workout facility. All suites have a walk-in shower, KOHLER whirlpool tubs with complimentary bath salts and signature spa robe, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave.

"The expansion of Four Winds New Buffalo is another step in fulfilling our long-term vision for the property," said Matt Wesaw, Chairman of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians. "We look forward to seeing our guests' reactions to these wonderful new additions."

The Silver Creek Event Center is a 1,500 seat, multi-use facility that will be located next to the casino floor. The Hard Rock Cafe Four Winds will be located adjacent to the gaming floor and will span two levels with seating for over 275 people and a performance stage. Details on the Silver Creek Event Center and the Hard Rock Cafe Four Winds, both slated to open this summer, will be announced in the coming months.

Four Winds New Buffalo and Four Winds Hartford are owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians. Four Winds New Buffalo offers 135,000 square feet of gaming with approximately 3,000 slot machines, a large selection of table games including poker, four restaurants, entertainment bars and retail venues.
