Worldwide real estate listings search engine GLOBAL LISTINGS recently announced the acquisition of 3 early stage Miami-based PropTech startups - BlockTITLE, PriceENGINE and Better MLS for a total of $15 million.
GLOBAL LISTINGS founder and CEO Michael Gerrity said, "These 3 strategic corporate acquisitions will be very synergistic and complimentary to our core global property listings search business in the coming years."
Gerrity further commented, "Once fully developed under GLOBAL LISTINGS as new business subsidiaries, each platform will provide our worldwide user base a new suite of tools to either authenticate and verify property ownership on a global scale via BlockTITLE, determine real-time asset price discovery on a global scale via PriceENGINE, or provide enterprise-caliber real estate companies worldwide a new suite of cloud-based private-label MLS solutions via Better MLS."
Sitting at the true intersection of main street real estate, Silicon Valley technologies and Wall Street trading infrastructure - GLOBAL LISTINGS currently operates three business units on a worldwide scale that include:
MARKETPLACES - Public and Syndicated property listings marketplaces (customized digital marketplaces by asset category, transaction type and geography).
PLATFORMS - GLOBAL LISTINGS licenses its underlying listings search and database technologies via cloud-based PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings to real estate Businesses, Associations and Government, worldwide (aka Private-label Digital Marketplaces).
DATA - The company also licenses our Listings Data on a global scale through customized real estate API data feeds.
