Another Uber-Luxe Condo Tower to Rise on Miami's Beaches

Miami's luxury condo market just keeps on going, as yet another tower was just announced in Sunny Isles Beach this week called Turnberry Ocean Club.
 
According to Jeffery Soffer, CEO and Chairman of Turnberry Associates, Turnberry Ocean Club will be latest luxury condominium to pop up in the Florida real estate market. The exclusive residential condominium tower located at 18501 Collins Avenue Sunny Isles, Florida will be priced from $3 million to $22 million and sales are expected to launch in fall of this year.
 
Turnberry Ocean Club will feature 154 residences ranging from 2,750 to 10,000 square feet and rises 649 feet into the skyline with 52 residential floors highlighting the brand's private club prestige. At sea level, a resort-style infinity pool will cascade into the ocean while owners enjoy the private pool and beach cabanas. Its three-level private club set approximately 300' above sea level includes a Hammam spa, massage rooms, infinity edge pools, wine room, private dining, gym and fitness areas, relaxation room, locker rooms and library.
 
Turnberry Ocean Club is the latest residential real estate project in the works for Turnberry Associates; established 50-years-ago and best known for its iconic brands including Miami Beach's landmark Fontainebleau resort.
