Miami, FL-based WORLD PROPERTY MARKETS, a parent holding company that develops digital market infrastructure for the global property industry, has announced plans to create a next-generation, AI-powered real estate listings search engine named WORLD PROPERTY SEARCH.
Expected to launch in the coming year, this innovative search platform will index, map, and organize hundreds of millions of property listings across all categories worldwide each week, making them universally accessible to all consumers worldwide in their native languages.
Founder Michael Gerrity highlights that the platform's mission is to unify active property listings from around the world into a single, intuitive interface and super app. This specialized search engine aims to streamline the global real estate search market, which currently relies on over 10 million different listing sites globally to facilitate billions of property searches--both local and international--every month.
Gerrity further stated, "Our vision for WORLD PROPERTY SEARCH is to become the future 'Google of real estate search.'"
