Kris Kardashian and her spouse, former Olympic decathlon champion Bruce Jenner, have listed their Hidden Hills home at just under $4 million.
The one-story estate, on an acre of lush grounds, is where the E! network reality TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is filmed. The third season of the show, a modern-day version of "The Brady Bunch," isn't expected to begin until March. The family is hoping there will be ample time to sell the house before then.
The family has 10 children, including two added after Jenner and Kris Kardashian were married in 1991. Kris Kardashian was previously married to the late Robert Kardashian, an attorney on the defense team for O.J. Simpson's murder trial. The Kardashians were divorced in 1989.
Jenner and Kris Kardashian want to sell so they can move with their family to a larger home. The house they plan to sell has four bedrooms and five bathrooms in nearly 4,000 square feet. The kitchen has a center island, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.
The master-bedroom suite has a marble bath and a veranda. The house also has hardwood floors, three fireplaces, a pool, spa, patio and three-car garage.
Marc and Rory Shevin of Coldwell Banker Previews, Calabasas, have the listing.
Michael Ovitz, the former talent agent who headed Creative Artists Agency from 1975 to 1995 and was briefly president of the Walt Disney Co. under Michael Eisner, and his wife, Judy, have put their Brentwood home on the market at close to $15 million.
Ovitz, 62, left Disney with a severance package said to be worth about $140 million.
No reason was given for the listing, but it has 13,000 square feet of living space and that includes seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and a screening room. The home also has a pool, pool house and auto court. There are mountain and canyon views.
David Mossler and Michael D. Phillips, both of Teles Properties Inc. in Beverly Hills, have the listing, according to the MLS and other reports.
Paula Redstone, estranged wife of billionaire Sumner Redstone, has purchased a Beverly Hills home for almost $4.2 million.
The house has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms in 7,600 square feet. It also has wood floors, beamed ceilings and seven brick fireplaces. There is a pond-like pool outside and an outdoor dining area with a pizza oven.
Sumner Redstone, an octogenarian, filed for divorce from his much-younger second wife, Paula, in October. He owns Viacom Inc. and CBS Corp.
Drew Mandile and Brooke Knapp of Sotheby's International Realty, Beverly Hills, had the listing. Ernie Carswell of Teles Properties Inc., Beverly Hills, sold the property, according to the MLS.
Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Thani of Qatar has listed his Manhattan condo in Trump Park Avenue at $14 million.
The unit has three bedrooms, marble bathrooms, wood floors, walk-in closets and 11-foot ceilings. It also has maid service, valet service, a health club and closed-circuit security monitors, the listing states.
The sheikh paid $6.1 million for the 3,300-square-foot unit in 2005, according to property and other records. The condo is rented through June at $30,000 a month.
Carrie Chiang and Alexa Tirado of the Corcoran Group have the listing.
Alex Rodriguez, the Yankee All-Star third baseman, has listed for sale his renovated 4,600-square-foot unit in the same Manhattan building where the sheikh has a condo on the market.
The baseball star is asking $10 million for his 4,600-square-foot unit. He originally asked $14 million for it.
